Clawed octopus in the 1960’s

Hi! This is a story I wrote and wanted to share with you. Let me know what you think!

In The Spirit of the Wolf,

Cameron

Mr.Codd was sitting on his chair watching and listening to THE ADAM’S FAMILY on his television, when he heard suction cups over by the stairs. He got up took out a gun, when all of a sudden Mr.Codd heard the thing on the creaky stairs yell like crazy. Then all of a sudden there was the sound of glass shattering, stairs breaking, and then the door coming off its hinges. It started happening after his dad died two weeks ago, he was really sad. Now it is really annoying and he is planning to shoot what ever it is. He has a shotgun, a pistol, and a mag sixty. That night at 9:30 PM he was watching a new season of the Adam’s family, when he heard the door opened and something said “helloooo! Anyone home!” Now Mr.Codd was suspicious and he didn’t know what to do. Then in the corner of his eye he saw a clawed octopus. Now he was freaked out of his mind. He thought he was imagining things, so he pinched himself and didn’t wake up so now he knew he was awake. He did the only thing he could do he ran like he was going to die and basically he was or so he thought.

Now let’s go on with the story. Mr.Codd was running when he saw one of his friend’s house broken. When I say broken I mean broken the windows were shattered, the door was ripped off it’s hinges, the roof fell off, the garage was demolished, and worst of all the roof fell on his best friend. He was terrified his friend asked Mr.Codd to take care of his cat. His friend Mr. Odd’s cat wasn’t hurt just scared.

“Now it’s the last time my friend’s shall be hurt!” Mr.Codd said. Mr.Codd shoots all off the clawed octopus so no one shall get hurt. A week after being in the hospital Mr. Odd was feeling fine. Now everything was back to normal. Mr.Codd was a great hero and no one laughed at him again.
