My Shocking Windy Poems

Hi Everyone, I wrote these poems today at school and wanted to share them. The first one is about our new president. The second one is about the world ending, and the third is about a fire with person like qualities and abilities, and the fourth is a haiku about trees and the many kinds. What do you think?
In the Spirit of the Lone Wolf,

A New Day, A New President

Some of President Obama's words were "the ability to extend everyone's heart. America will be the friend of each nation."
(Clap, clap, clap, clap, clap)

America is a united country.
"We are the keepers of this legacy. Peace will be in Afghanistan."
(Clap, clap, clap, clap, etc.)

"We will extend a hand to help you, we will remember who we are and who we were."

The End

There once was a man,
Who lived in a pan,

He was a tiny man,
Who liked to man the stand.

One day he saw a terrible sight
Five! Five!
Silly Snowballs singing at night

He thought about it...
The End!

A Fire Got Ran Over

A fire has started
It ran around
It looked at me
It looked at water
It ran away
And sizzled in the water

Trees
A Haiku

Standing up straight
Many kinds of you found
Leaning down too

Your haiku about tree is a very meaningful one. Yet astonishingly simple. I liked it and a little bit of rhyme would have made it superb
haiku poems
